- Take group-wide responsibility for finance, accounting, liquidity and financing.
- Responsibility for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) and develop reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Standardise and digitalise financial and administrative processes across countries.
- Lead a small team spanning Finance, HR and IT, and coordinate external legal advisers.

Your mission
Your profile
- Experience managing finance across multiple entities and countries.
- Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and practical experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
- A pragmatic approach, ownership and the ability to develop people, processes and systems.
- Business-fluent German and English; Dutch and/or French would be an advantage.
- Willingness to work regularly from your permanent home base in Pförring and travel to the Group’s various locations in Germany and abroad as needed and required.
